Virgo season is upon us and apparently Beyonce isn’t the only icon we will be celebrating early September as Old Forester will release its latest Birthday Bourbon.
According to Cheers Online, each Birthday Bourbon is chosen from a single day of production. For this year’s release, a 120 barrels distilled on June 9, 2006 were chosen. The company is said to have lost over 60% of this release to the angel’s share. In fact, five barrels were found to be totally empty.
