Bushmills Promotes Authentic St. Patrick’s Day

March 17th is typically all about corned beef, friends and, of course, Irish whiskey. However, this St. Patrick’s Day is a bit different given all that’s going on in the world. However, it doesn’t mean that we can’t celebrate with a pour of Bushmills… in an authentic way!

As the world’s oldest licensed whiskey distillery, Bushmills teamed up with Irish natives and Dead Rabbit Grocery and Grog owners Sean Muldoon and Jack McGarry to combat inauthentic St. Patrick’s Day stereotypes. The “Guide to a Real Irish St. Patrick’s Day” (seen below) is a curated list of facts and requests that Muldoon, McGarry and other Irishmen and women created to bring to light the ridiculous things Americans do on the holiday.

“As lads growing up in Belfast, Irish pride was always important to us. So this St. Patrick’s Day we’re delighted to be working with Bushmills Irish Whiskey to share what it means to have a REAL IRISH celebration.” said Sean Muldoon and Jack McGarry.

Just be safe out there and drink responsibly.
